[edit]In regards the New England Blizzard mentioned in the article... there should probably be a year there, as it's not like New England doesn't get paralyzed by a little flurry every couple of years. Or is that the point? ;-) --Rtucker 16:04, 3 Sep 2004 (UTC)

[edit]I wrote List of United States disasters by death toll
[edit]I support the merge :)
I'm very tired right now.
I like my title better, since it fits the UK and Australian links model.
But I didn't include 9/11, and the other title specifies only natural disasters. I only have natural disasters on my list.
- I've been categorising disasters at Category:Disasters and I think keeping natural and man-made disasters separate would make sense. Ultimately, disasters could be categorised by (a) Cause/type; (b) date; and (c) location. They are only categorised by type at the moment, with a few lists (like this) floating around and dealing with disasters by location. Ultimately though, lists like this should maybe stay as lists, with the categorising only done by type. 194.200.237.219 14:32, 16 September 2005 (UTC)
no, keep as is I don't think that it's neccicarry to merge this with man made disasters- that's a very different thing. If anything, merge it with other natural disasters from around the world.--Cptjeff 15:50, 10 January 2006 (UTC)
It would be wonderful to have the option to review them with a sort option if possible. thank you.
- Merger Opposed -- Separation between natural and non-natural disasters is sufficient for separate lists. ==Jon Cates 02:03, 11 August 2006 (UTC)
