Wingles (French pronunciation: [vɛ̃ɡl]) is a commune of the Pas-de-Calais department in the Hauts-de-France region of France.[3]
Geography
[edit]An ex-coalmining area, now a farming and light industrial town, Wingles lies 6 miles (9.7 km) north of Lens, at the junction of the N47, D39 and the D165 roads.
