- This article REALLY needs a re-write. It's confusing, makes little sense, among other things. I'll be working on it, feel free to leave a message on my talk page. TrevorRC (talk) 03:23, 26 November 2007 (UTC)
- Should 156.63.169.2 's edit, adding "Marshall" before "Court" be reverted? I'm tracking vandalism from this IP, but not all of the edits have been vandalism. [[User:GK|gK ¿?]] 16:09, 16 Nov 2004 (UTC)
- No, Marshall refers to the Chief Justice presiding over the case in Supreme Court. It makes the article more specific, and should therefore stay. However, the grammar is a little questionable... 14 Oct 2005
- I corrected a spelling error or sorts. "similjurisdiction]]" and also corrected "Jeremy R0x"
it needs to say whos on the bench and who was involved in it and give litlemore info on this case —Preceding unsigned comment added by 12.52.235.174 (talk) 01:05, 16 November 2009 (UTC)
