Small point: Post-Retirement -- surely that is death? You work, you retire, you die. So post-work is retirement, etc.

[edit]Didn't think that BP was ever head newsreader, can anyone confirm/deny this?
Too much Deadringers?
[edit]Surely the article should be more about the subject than about a satire of the subject? TrulyBlue 10:34, 1 November 2007 (UTC)
Yes - FAR too much Dead Ringers.
[edit]We could have some kind of "Brian Perkins In Comedy" section, if necessary; I think he got used in some of the cut-ups in "On The Hour", and there's always "The News Quiz". However, this time it might be best not to get an excitable 8-year-old to write it, as seems to have happened here. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.9.100.168 (talk) 01:08, 16 July 2008 (UTC)
External links modified
[edit]Hello fellow Wikipedians,
I have just added archive links to one external link on Brian Perkins. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}}
after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}}
to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:
- Added archive http://web.archive.org/web/20060725115903/http://digitaltoast.co.uk/mad/aud/dead_ringers/Dead%20Ringers%20-%20Brian%20Perkins.mp3 to http://digitaltoast.co.uk/mad/aud/dead_ringers/Dead%20Ringers%20-%20Brian%20Perkins.mp3
When you have finished reviewing my changes, please set the checked parameter below to true or failed to let others know (documentation at {{Sourcecheck}}
).
