Village to City

The Ohio Revised Code classifies incorporated communities with populations greater than 5,000 as cities (city). The conversion was made because Crestline had a population in the 2000 census of 5,088, which does not qualify it as a village under the ORC. Jeri Jrossman 18:07, Mar 9, 2005 (UTC)
