The schnauzbart in the style of Adolf Hitler was at that time a usual "mode feature". Who identified itself with the ideas of Hitler, carried the "Adolf beard". The same feature gave it during the German Kaiser era, when the German men carried the "emperor William beard" predominantly. Altogether: An interesting time feature! He was between 1925 and 1926 office holder of the title SS-Oberleiter. The office Reichsführer-SS was only created after Schreck resigned. So, Schreck was the highest official in the SS in the mentioned years, but not as Reichsführer-SS. It is a marginal mistake really.[reply]

allegiance

according to the page for the bavarian soviet republic, Julius was also loyal to the Bavarian Red Army during its existence, which does seem dubious if he joined the freikorps — Preceding unsigned comment added by 81.155.230.178 (talk) 18:50, 2 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
