Land ownership and management

I've added this new section, using Yavapai County as a "guinea pig", for information I think should be added to most counties in the western US, where public land ownership is important. To flag or not to flag?

Replying to question marks on my talk page (in response to me reverting removal of flags twice) - Hi. You removed content without giving an edit summary, which often looks like WP:VANDALISM. Personally, I think the article looks better with the flags, so I'm interested in why you feel they should be removed. ∰Bellezzasolo✡ Discuss 12:31, 6 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
