G-Unit vs murder inc.
[edit]I think this part only has what the murder inc. said. Can someone add the disses thrown by G-unit and there label mates. it seems one-sided write now. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Abhinav0927 (talk • contribs) 08:30, 5 May 2013 (UTC)
Censorship?
[edit]In the song, Black Child talks about shooting 50 Cent, stabbing him, and other things, "I got a lot of living to do before I die, and I ain't got time to waste, shoot this @#!*% in his face. How you call your self ferrari you dont ride like me in da hood every day ready to die like me."
Since it's in quotes, did Black Child literally say "at/number sign/exclamation point/star/percent"? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.30.61.155 (talk) 18:29, 31 March 2014 (UTC)
Kidd Kidd
[edit]He's officially a member now. He was listed on the album art for their first single NOT being listed as a feature, and on the rest of the singles' album arts, no names were written down, as they were meant to imply that Kidd Kidd is an official member of G-Unit and does not to be acknowledged as different from the original group members. There's no proof that he's not part of it, but there's a lot of proof that he is part of it.

- We need official word and reliable sources that support it. Without it, it is WP:OR. STATic message me! 01:38, 17 June 2014 (UTC)
- I agree with Static, we need a reliable source that explicitly states Kidd Kidd is a member. 2Flows (talk) 01:59, 17 June 2014 (UTC)
- I have been thinking about this a lot recently though. The title of this source jumps out to me, "50 Cent Poses With G-Unit" and then the opening sentences, "50 Cent and G-Unit performed at a New York Mets game yesterday (June 14). The emcee then posted images of himself with G-unit members on Instagram." The caption of said photo by 50 is "This is the UNIT the homie Jeremih rock with use tonight. #smsaudio #power is on catch ep2." The photo includes Kidd Kidd, Jeremih, Buck, 50, Banks and Yayo. The group's first music video since their return was just released too. No feature credit for Kidd Kidd and just by watching the video you see he seems to be considered a member of the five member G-Unit. STATic message me! 06:13, 18 June 2014 (UTC)
- I thought it would be a good idea to apologize to those I've reverted here, I actually just assumed the whole "Kidd Kidd" thing was IPs vandalizing, Probably should've checked before reverting but nonetheless I apologize –Davey2010 • (talk) 12:54, 18 June 2014 (UTC)
- @Davey2010: No need to, I have reverted it too as speculation, however with the new evidence, if there is consensus to list him, we should. STATic message me! 17:42, 18 June 2014 (UTC)
- Ah okay, Totally agree, Cheers, –Davey2010 • (talk) 17:50, 18 June 2014 (UTC)

- @1Sire: @2Flows: Any comments based on the new evidence I provided? STATic message me! 16:29, 23 June 2014 (UTC)
- I watched the video and indeed it seems that Kidd Kidd is considered a part of the group. As Distortiondude said above, he's also not listed as a feature on the songs they've released so far. While this is WP:OR, it leads me to believe that Kidd Kidd is a member. 2Flows (talk) 18:48, 23 June 2014 (UTC)
- However, along with the HipHopDX source, we do not have to worry about it being OR, due to the wording of both DX and the caption of 50 Cent's instagram picture. Notice he specifically outed Jeremiah but not Kidd Kidd. STATic message me! 19:36, 23 June 2014 (UTC)
- I agree. If you think that's enough to list him, I'll support it. 2Flows (talk) 20:06, 23 June 2014 (UTC)
- Yeah from what it seems, he's in http://hiphopwired.com/2014/06/03/kidd-kidd-g-unit-vicious-online-slander-joining-g-unit-photos/1/ . We should maybe wait for better sources though or until a mixtape or album drops with Kidd Kidd not being credited as a featured artist. This could just be another Hot Rod situation, who was also featured on many 50 Cent songs and G-Unit mixtapes. 1Sire (talk) 00:48, 24 June 2014 (UTC)
- The HipHopDX source says it, there need really not be a better source then that. HipHopWired has always gleamed me as reliable too, which also says he joined G-Unit. I doubt any mixtape will be released, it is not 2003-07 anymore, and the album will not be coming until November at the least. 50 Cent called him a member of G-Unit and he has consistently appeared on the records that have been released. I am pretty sure this would be different than the Hot Rod situation. STATic message me! 01:44, 24 June 2014 (UTC)
- Well I was wrong about the mixtape thing lol, G-Unit will always be the same. It kind of bothers me that Kidd Kidd did not appear on their first original track since their comeback. I would also support a bit of waiting, if he is not credited as featured on the mixtape, appears on the cover or something else obvious then we can change it. However, in the meantime I think we should mention the significant association in the comeback section. STATic message me! 18:22, 26 June 2014 (UTC)
- But 50 also isn't on that song. I think not every song will feature every member of G-Unit for the mixtape/album. Distortiondude (talk) 19:06, 26 June 2014 (UTC)
- I changed my mind. Based on these sources [1], The Source: "The original squad of four, plus the addition of 50′s protege, Kidd Kidd", MTV: "Once again, the whole team is here, as 50 Cent, Lloyd Banks, Young Buck, Tony Yayo, and Kidd Kidd all appear on the track.", and [2], [3], HipHopWired "G-Unit performed in Queens for the first time since reuniting at a concert at Citi Field. What was initially slated to be a 50 Cent show eventually became a crew effort with Lloyd Banks, Tony Yayo, Young Buck, and Kidd Kidd.", discusses his additions, and AllHipHop: "Kidd Kidd is noticably not labeled as a featured artist on this G-Unit song. Every member of the Unit gives their patented style of rap, however it is the newest member of the group who delivers the song’s most impressive lyrical performance:" along with the previous sources brought up. This is no where near WP:OR anymore. STATic message me! 02:04, 27 June 2014 (UTC)

Kidd Kidd isn't member of G-Unit. He is just an affiliate or sideman whatever you call him. He shouldn't be on the roster.

134 Allstarz
[edit]@Swinub, would you mind making sure “134 Allstarz” is mentioned in the body, not just the infobox, or at least referencing it (NB: MOS:INFOBOXREF) — HTGS (talk) 21:27, 9 February 2024 (UTC)
