My name is Lawrie Cherniack.

I was a lawyer in Winnipeg, Canada, for a number of years. I retired from the practice of law in 2017. I still provide service in conflict resolution in general, and workplace mediation in particular. I have a B.A. in English and Philosophy from Carleton College in Minnesota, an M.A. in English from the University of Chicago, an LL.B. from the University of Manitoba, and a Certificate in Conflict Resolution Specializing in Mediation from Mediation Services. I was also awarded Chartered Arbitrator and Chartered Mediator status by the ADR Institute of Canada.
